1.Ken Suzuky

2.Warren Fukuichi
Angaur voters will decide on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, who will lead the state for the next two years, as educator and former legislator Warren Fukuichi challenges incumbent Governor Kennosuke Suzuky for the third time.
The two most recently faced each other in a special election earlier this year following the recall of Governor Natus Misech. Their first contest was six years ago, when Suzuky won his first bid for governor.
In the Olbiil Era Ngeaur (OEN) legislative race, five incumbents face five challengers. The incumbents are President (Speaker) Audrey Rafael, Vice President Helena Gulibert, Arkagius Yamada, Ethel Arurang, and Gene Larson. Some have also served in previous legislatures.
The challengers are Olkeriil Kazuo, Arnold Asao, Marvin Ngirutang, Jake Ramon, and Michael Vereen.
The five elected legislators will join three traditional chiefs representing the state’s villages. The fourth traditional seat is vacant following the death last month of Uchelbelau Lorenso Edward.
The incoming leaders will face several challenges, including water shortages during the current severe drought, access to drinking water, transportation during rough weather, limited economic development, and a lack of jobs.
Other issues include the uncontrolled monkey population, removal of an old barge, repairs to the Regina IV and constitutional amendments.
