PICRC Welcomes Nolan Rebluudas New Communications and Outreach Officer
(PR) ThePalauInternationalCoralReefCenter(PICRC)ispleasedtowelcomeNolanRebluudasitsnewCommunications andOutreachOfficer.NolanmostrecentlyservedasProjectAssistantforthePICRC-JICACoastalProject,whichconcludedinFebruary2025.Hisseamlesstransitionintothisnewrolereflectshisstrongcommitment and deep familiaritywithPICRC’smissionand programs.Before joining PICRC, Nolan held severalkeypositionswithin the GovernmentofPalau, includingSpecialAssistanttotheViceSpeakeroftheHouseofDelegates,ForeignServiceOfficerattheMinistryofState,andFirstSecretaryatPalau’sEmbassyinthePhilippines.HealsoservedasaComplianceandSafetyOfficerfortheKororStateGovernment.Witharobustbackgroundinpublicserviceandstakeholderengagement,NolanbringsvaluableinsightandexperiencetoPICRC’soutreach efforts.Eagertobroadenhisknowledgeofmarinescienceandsciencecommunication,Nolaniscommittedtocontinuouslearningandprofessionalgrowth.Hestrivestobeadependable,proactivememberofthe team.“Nolanhasalreadymadesignificantcontributions,fromorganizingourBeriuselChaisradiosegmentstocoordinatingoutreachevents,internships,andotherprograms,”saidImadeTellei,PICRC’sDirectorofOutreach.“He’sbeenavaluableadditiontotheteam,andwe’reexcitedtoseewhat he’llaccomplishnext.”PICRCisproudtosupportNolaninhisnewroleashehelpsbridgescienceandeducationthroughengagingandimpactfuloutreachinitiativesacross Palau.
