Practically the entire national and state leadership of Palau led by Vice President Oilouch was celebrating 32nd Independence with over 1,000 Palauans last Saturday in Guam at Palau Bai in Lada, Dededo. This week President Surangel Whipps, Jr. headed a large delegation of lawmakers and governors to Australia to celebrate the opening of the new embassy in Canberra and first Palau ambassador to Australia, Merar.
